Built in 1984, Ronald McDonald House Southwest Virginia is a beautiful 18-bedroom English Tudor nestled in the heart of South Roanoke. More than just a place to stay, our House provides comfort, care, and a sense of home for families with seriously ill or injured children receiving medical treatment nearby.

Our House features 18 private guest rooms that serve more than 700 families each year, providing over 4,300 nights of comfort, care, and connection. With daily use comes the need for ongoing maintenance, updates, and renovations to keep every room beautiful, functional, and comforting.
